Since receiving an espresso machine for his birthday my husband has become quite adept at making some incredible lattes and cappuccinos. What better to accompany a latte than biscotti?

I made some last year at Christmas and he really enjoyed them and has been requesting more since then. Being the good wife that I am, I quickly made him some more…..8 months later. Oops.

The recipe I made at Christmas was a bit labor intensive- three bowls, adding each gradually. It’s a really good recipe just not one I had time for today.

I found this recipe via this blog that I subscribe to. So quick and easy- exactly what I needed.

A couple things I did differently than what the recipe called for was to not add almonds or any almond extract. I also used Frangelico instead of brandy. The flavor is very subtle but compliments the lattes nicely. Enjoy!
